You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods purchased (or last good if it relates to goods delivered separately).
Please notify us of your decision to cancel your order via email to email@example.com or post to 2 Cross Lane Cottages, Pembrey, Carmarthenshire, SA16 0EX.
Items must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a re-saleable as new condition within 14 days of providing us with notification of your decision to cancel. We will not be liable for your return postage costs for a cancelled order.
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will reimburse the initial delivery charge for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be via the original payment method used and be within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
The right of cancellation does not apply to the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
Returns of Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them; if they have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours in order to submit the claim with the carrier.
Please inform us as soon as possible if your have received an incorrectly supplied product. We will advise you to return the incorrect item, for which we will reimburse the cost of returning the item. Alternatively we will arrange for the item to be collected from you. The method of the return is at our discretion.
Faulty Goods and Warranty
You are entitled to goods that are of a satisfactory quality, be fit for a particular purpose and match their description.
You have the right to reject goods for a refund, repair or replacement within 30 days of receiving the goods, if any of the above criteria are not met at the time of receiving the goods.
If a fault develops after 30 days you are entitled to a repair, or if that isn’t possible or feasible, a replacement.
Please note the above does not apply to damage caused by misuse, or use of the goods for a purpose they were not designed or intended.
All returned goods are subject to resonable inspection by us to determine the nature and likely cause of the fault, this will allow us to provide the most suitable and timely resolution.
In many cases goods also come with a manufacturer’s warranty and this is in addition to the rights listed above.
